At Celebration vibe, we respect our clients’ privacy and are committed to protecting their personal information.
1.1 Information Collection
We collect personal details such as name, contact number, email, and event details when a client books our services.
Payment information is securely processed through trusted payment gateways.
1.2 Use of Information
Personal details are used only for event planning, communication, and billing purposes.
We do not share client data with third parties except as required by law or with client consent.
1.3 Data Security
We take appropriate security measures to protect client data from unauthorized access or misuse. - Payment & Refund Policy
2.1 Payment Terms
Clients must make an initial advance payment to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance must be cleared before the event as per the agreed payment schedule.
2.2 Refund Policy
If a client cancels their booking, the refund policy is as follows:
50% refund if canceled 2 months before the event.
30% refund if canceled 15 days before the event.
5% refund if canceled less than 15 days before the event.
2.3 Non-Refundable Cases
Any additional services booked separately are non-refundable.
If an event is postponed, we will try to reschedule but cannot guarantee availability.
